Churchill has been involved in the refurbishment of various industrial units across the northwest on behalf of various clients such as architect practices and commercial building surveyors.
Our completed projects include an engineering unit in Barrow in Furness, which needed a full overhaul of all the electrical and crane equipment all part of a full dilapidation report, including the full interior redecoration of all the cladding and floors and offices.
Other projects carried out have been varied from a large scale bonded warehouse 40,000 sq ft, to smaller 6,000 sq ft-10,000 sq ft units these projects are carried out under contract and under the terms set out in the tender proposals.
We pride ourselves on completing these projects on time and budget.
Churchill is currently renovating an Indian restaurant in Manchester, working with the property owners to expand their capacity, we have previously completed various refurbishments, including a large public house into a kitchen furniture showroom with offices as well as a shop conversion.
